This symposium examined the changing landscape of work and the future role of human workers in an era of rapid technological and social shifts. Drawing on findings from the TRANSFORM project, the programme included a presentation and a high-level panel discussion with prominent figures from labour authorities, trade unions, and equality bodies. The exchange offered valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities ahead.
